Shook’s pro bono efforts reflect our dedication to representing clients in matters as diverse in nature and scope as the attorneys who handle them. Our work ranges from immigration cases in Seattle to special education matters in Houston; from foster care adoptions in Los Angeles to domestic violence restraining orders in Kansas City; from prisoners’ rights cases in Miami to veterans’ appeals in San Francisco. Each day, our lawyers are on the front lines advocating for individuals in need, advising nonprofits and small businesses and fighting to protect our civil rights.
To institutionalize this ongoing commitment, Shook has appointed a full-time pro bono partner and director to administer the program's day-to-day activities.
