Biography

Alexandra Bach Lagos is a member of the firm’s National Product Liability Division. Alexandra has served on numerous trial teams in various roles. She has also argued and briefed cases in Florida’s appellate courts.

Alexandra was selected as one of the "40 Under 40 Outstanding Lawyers of Miami-Dade County" by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. She is also a recipient of the Alumni Leadership Award from the University of Miami School of Law and the "Celebrating Women in Law" Award from Florida International University's College of Law. Alexandra has been included in Florida Super Lawyers for multiple years as a “Rising Star” for her expertise in litigation.

Alexandra joined the firm after graduating from UM Law. As a law student, she completed internships with Justice R. Fred Lewis at the Florida Supreme Court and Federal Magistrate Theodore Klein at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She also worked as a certified legal intern at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office.

Alexandra is the immediate past president of the Miami-Dade Chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers, is the president of the Smith College Club of Miami, serves on the board of directors for the Spellman-Hoeveler American Inns of Court, and is a member of the President’s Circle at the University of Miami. Alexandra was also appointed to, and presently serves on, the Judicial Nominating Procedures Committee of The Florida Bar.

An advocate for diversity in the legal profession, Alexandra has spoken about that topic at seminars, conferences, and on public radio and television.

Alexandra is fluent in Spanish.
