Martucci to Speak at ACI National Employment Practices Conference

Shook, Hardy & Bacon Employment Litigation & Policy Partner William Martucci will join a distinguished faculty presenting during the American Conference Institute’s (ACI’s) “21st National Conference on Employment Practices Liability Insurance,” slated for June 23-24, 2014, in Chicago, Illinois. Martucci will serve on a panel discussing “Case Law (Including U.S. Supreme Court) Updates Regarding Coverage Underlying Workplace Class Actions and EPL, New Legislative Rules & Proposals, EEOC and NLRB Scrutiny, Defending EPL Claims Through the Federal and State Agencies, and Adapting to Expanded Regulatory and Enforcement Efforts in an Aggressive Multi-Agency Environment.” He will share the podium with, among others, National Labor Relations Board, Region 13 Deputy Regional Attorney Richard Kelliher-Paz.
