Moore Speaks About Florida’s Evidence Code at Hot Topics in Evidence Seminar

Shook, Hardy & Bacon Senior Associate Timothy Moore discusses recent changes to the Florida Evidence Code at the 2015 Hot Topics in Evidence CLE seminar on Friday, April 17 in Miami.

The conference is presented by the Florida Bar Continuing Legal Education Committee, the Code and Rules of Evidence Committee, the Criminal Law Section, and the Trial Lawyers Section. Moore is currently the Chair of the Code and Rules of Evidence Committee.

Moore’s presentation, “Recent Florida Evidence Code Developments and an Overview of the Interaction between the Rulemaking and Legislative Processes,” focuses on recent changes to the Florida Evidence Code and how the legislative and rulemaking processes collectively produce Florida evidence law.

The one-day seminar for civil, criminal, and appellate practitioners provides a thorough discussion of the latest developments in Florida evidence law and an exploration of difficult, recurring evidentiary issues.
