Chase Discusses Using E-Signatures in Live Webcast

Shook, Hardy & Bacon Washington D.C. Associate Ken Chase joins a live webcast from The Knowledge Group titled “E-Signatures in Business: Trends in 2015” on Thursday, June 11 to discuss the electronic signature trend, the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA), the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN) and related case law.
