Corlew’s Honor Featured in Missouri Lawyers Weekly
Shook, Hardy & Bacon Of Counsel Kevin Corlew’s recent Freshman Legislator of the Year Award for Judicial Issues from the Speaker of the Missouri House win was featured in a May 18 Missouri Lawyers Weekly article.
Corlew, who serves as a State Representative in the Missouri General Assembly, authored important legal-related bills, including HB 697, to establish a higher standard for the admissibility of expert testimony; HB 928, which would enforce arbitration agreements in the employment context; and HB 1044, which would allow the Jackson County Circuit Court to establish a criminal docket for armed offenses.
