Moore Covers Sunshine Act at Clinical Research Conference

Shook, Hardy & Bacon Miami Associate Tim Moore participates in a panel about the Sunshine Act at the MAGI 2015 Clinical Research Conference West on October 11-14, 2015, in San Diego, California.

The Sunshine Act is a 2010 health care law aimed at increasing transparency of financial relationships between health care providers and pharmaceutical manufacturers.

Moore joins in-house lawyers from Duke University and University of California in a two-hour panel discussion covering an analysis of current ambiguities in the law and a discussion of best practices for compliance.

The conference focuses on all aspects of clinical research, including operations, compliance, risk management, and litigation.
