Fowler Named Managing Partner of London Office
Shook, Hardy & Bacon announces that Partner Gregory Fowler has been named Managing Partner for Shook’s London office.
Previously, Fowler served domestic and international clients from Shook’s Kansas City office, where he managed an extensive case load counseling manufacturers on developments in product liability law and regulatory issues. Over the years he has also enjoyed postings in Australia and in the firm’s London office.
Fowler’s extensive experience in individual product liability claims and mass tort litigation in state and federal courts throughout the United States and in Asia, Australia, Latin America and Western Europe spans 30 years. He has long acted as a trusted advisor on regulatory matters and as litigation counsel to several of the most successful multinational consumer product manufacturers in the world, in the tobacco, alcohol beverage, soft drinks and firearms space. He has also conducted product recalls for consumer goods manufacturers in the United States and in 60-plus countries on six continents.
