Law Moderates In-House Counsel Panel at Automotive Litigation Summit

Shook, Hardy & Bacon Partner Grant Law moderated the “In-House for Manufacturers and Suppliers Speak Out on Managing Outside Counsel, Reducing Costs and Formulating Early Defense Strategy” panel at the American Conference Institute’s 10th Annual Summit on Defending & Managing Automotive Product Liability Litigation on June 15, 2017, in Chicago, Illinois.

The panel discussed the changing landscape of automotive liability, trends in claims, case evaluation and managing legal costs, as well as in-house perspectives on selecting and working with outside counsel.
