Shook Accelerates Growth of New York Office and Automotive Litigation Practice
Shook, Hardy & Bacon welcomes a group of national automotive litigators to its deep bench of class action and product litigators. Partners Michael Gallub and Homer Ramsey have preeminent reputations in automotive class action and product liability matters. They hail from the same firm and bring a combined 60+ years of experience in the cutting-edge automotive industry and other sectors. Partner Brian Carr brings complex litigation and class action experience for a variety of industries including automotive, and together with Gallub, also successfully defend complex environmental matters. The new group includes three partners, three senior counsel and one counsel.

In addition to their automotive experience, Gallub and Carr also have a robust environmental practice which includes handling complex MDLs and Superfund matters, and Ramsey serves as regional product liability counsel for medical implant companies. The new Shook additions also include Senior Counsel Bryan Hogg, Danny Robertson, Joshua Weiner, and Counsel Chris Picciano.
