Sherk to Present at June 27 National Complex Litigation Conference in Chicago

SHB Partner John Sherk will serve as a panelist at Perrin Conferences’ National Complex Litigation Conference: A Symposium on Current & Emerging Issues slated for June 27, 2012, in Chicago, Illinois. Titled “Class Actions, New Risks and New Defenses,” the panel will discuss recent U.S. Supreme Court rulings and other product liability, consumer fraud and employment cases. It will also consider the role of experts at the class certification stage as well as the risks and benefits of class action litigation as an effective means to resolve conflict.
