Ingram’s Features Devers in "The Business End of Corporate Law"

SHB Partner Dan Devers provided commentary in a June 2012 Ingram’s article titled “The Business End of Corporate Law,” which details the evolving financial and legal obstacles facing in-house counsel at multinational corporations.

Devers, who served in the general counsel’s office for Cerner Corporation before joining SHB’s Intellectual Property & Technology Litigation Practice, addressed the pressing need for corporate legal staffs to cut costs while simultaneously navigating a shifting legal landscape. Recalling his experience at Cerner, Devers added that success in today’s legal industry requires a thorough understanding of a company’s business growth objectives.
