Underhill Named Forbes.com Opinions Columnist

SHB Partner Kevin Underhill has been asked to write a weekly column for Forbes.com called “Lowering the Bar,” which not coincidentally is also the title of his legal-humor blog. His first column, “Are Englishmen Still Required to Show Up for Longbow Practice?” was posted on June 16, 2010, and future columns will appear every Thursday.
