Paul Williams Publishes Article on Alternative Billing in Corporate Counsel

SHB Partner Paul Williams has authored an article appearing in the June 7, 2010, issue of Corporate Counsel. Titled “Wouldn't You Rather Be Partners?,” the article addresses the advantages of alternative fee arrangements focusing on SHB’s relationship with Tyco International.

SHB has been Tyco International’s national counsel for product liability litigation since 2004. In 2010, Tyco also named SHB its national counsel for automotive and general liability litigation. To view the article, please click here.
