He has represented large manufacturers in recall, warranty and other contract-related disputes; defended law firms against professional liability claims; advocated for both owners and contractors in construction disputes; represented businesses in employment disputes, including the defense of wage-and-hour collective litigation; and enforced companies’ trade secret, non-compete and employment-contract rights. Chris has also represented one of the nation’s largest railroads in contract, corporate and real estate disputes.
