Tony has practiced in international litigation and regulatory law for the past 20 years. He is currently involved in international products liability, class action and consumer protection litigation in Latin America and Europe.
Tony was a founding partner of the firm's London office in 1989, practicing in the areas of European products liability litigation and regulatory law for two years. He then was seconded for four years to the in-house legal department of the world's largest consumer packaged goods company, where he supervised products liability and regulatory work in Europe and Asia.
Tony has been involved in the hiring and training of national counsel in countries throughout Europe, Asia and Latin America and has developed an understanding of the civil and common law systems in these regions. He currently practices in the Latin American region and is responsible for products liability, class action and consumer protection litigation in markets including Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Chile, Costa Rica and Venezuela. Since 2009, Who’s Who Legal: The International Who’s Who of Business Lawyers has recognized Tony as a leading individual product liability practitioner. He has also been included in Expert Guides: Guide to the World's Leading Product Liability Lawyers.
While in law school, he was a staff member of the Western New England College Law Review.
