Trevor’s practice focuses on the defense of complex international and domestic litigation, including class actions, consumer protection claims, antitrust claims and individual product liability and premises liability claims. He also helps companies respond to actions and investigations by governmental entities.
Trevor has significant experience litigating in state and federal courts throughout the United States. Since 2005, Trevor has worked out of the firm’s two international offices—first Geneva, and now London—where he continues to defend various types of product liability lawsuits around the world. Trevor is currently responsible for litigation in Eastern and Western Europe, Russia, the Middle East, Latin America, and Asia. In addition to litigating matters himself, Trevor has worked extensively with other outside counsel in his role as national and international coordinating counsel to several of his clients. In this capacity, Trevor also leads international teams of lawyers on cross-jurisdiction client projects. In 1999, he held a federal judicial externship with The Hon. Martin L.C. Feldman of the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Louisiana.
