Larry focuses on patent drafting, prosecution and counseling for chemical and petroleum processing technologies. His areas of practice include client counseling, drafting and prosecution of U.S. and international patents, conducting infringement and validity analyses and assisting clients with development of IP strategies and patent portfolios. Earlier in his legal career, Larry served as in-house patent counsel at ExxonMobil Corporation.

Before entering the legal field, Larry’s graduate work toward earning a Ph.D. in physical chemistry focused on theoretical studies of the structure and reactivity of semiconductor surfaces. After graduate school, Larry worked as a senior chemist at an equipment manufacturer in the semiconductor industry. Larry is an inventor on three U.S. patents for processing of semiconductor substrates.
