Kelsey primarily defends corporations against product liability claims in both federal and state court. Kelsey has experience representing corporations and individuals throughout the litigation process, including managing discovery, drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, mediating, and preparing for trial.
Before joining Shook, Kelsey practiced as an insurance defense and coverage attorney in Houston, Texas, where she gained invaluable practical experience.
