Kevin represents business clients in a variety of commercial, tort and environmental matters in federal and state courts and before regulatory agencies. Kevin is experienced in complex, high-stakes litigation, including class actions and multiparty and multidistrict litigation. Kevin has considerable experience in all stages of litigation.
Recognizing the need to give back to the community, Kevin has provided pro bono legal representation to numerous clients, including not-for-profit organizations as well as juveniles and parents in family court.
Kevin serves as a State Representative in the Missouri General Assembly. He currently serves on the Select Judiciary Committee, the Standing Committee on Civil and Criminal Proceedings and the Standing Committee on Energy and the Environment, and he is the vice chair of the Standing Committee on Economic Development. Kevin and his family are also active in their local church.
While at the University of Nebraska College of Law, Kevin was a member of the College of Law National Trial Team. Kevin also participated in the client counseling competition, in which his team earned honors as the best U.S. team at the American Bar Association National Client Counseling Competition, and then represented the United States at the Louis M. Brown International Client Counseling Competition.
