John Jackson has an extensive products liability practice with a particular concentration in drug and medical device litigation. His primary focus is on the design and implementation of alternative resolution programs.

John served as national settlement counsel in the Baycol (MDL No. 1431, In re: Baycol Products Litigation), Phenylpropanolamine (MDL No. 1407, In re: Phenylpropanolamine Litigation), and Renu (MDL No. 1785, In re: Renu with MoistureLoc Liability Litigation) litigations. He regularly consults on various resolution strategies, and is currently national settlement counsel in the Trasylol (MDL No. 1928, In re: Trasylol Products Liability Litigation) and Yaz/Yasmin (MDL No. 2100, In re: Yasmin and Yaz (Drospirenone) Marketing, Sales Practices and Relevant Products Liability Litigation) litigations. John has been lead negotiator in the resolution of thousands of claims.

John has held an array of legal positions, including law clerk for a state appellate judge, assistant attorney general for the state of Missouri, and counsel for Employers Reinsurance Corporation.

John graduated from the University of Missouri Law School and was a member of the Missouri Law Review.
