Bryan is nationally known for his experience as a client counselor and litigator. He has been lead trial counsel in federal and state court cases around the country. Bryan is currently national product liability counsel for a Fortune 500 company. He has also taken leadership positions in multidistrict litigations and class actions. His litigation experience is broad, ranging from product liability litigation to commercial litigation to government investigations. Bryan also advises clients regarding risk management, product safety and limiting product liability risk and exposure, and document preparation strategies. He represents medical device companies, pharmaceutical companies, automobile manufacturers, pharmacies, component manufacturers, energy companies, insurance companies and individuals in litigation.

Bryan has significant appellate experience. He has briefed or argued appeals in appellate courts throughout the country.

While practicing law, Bryan was elected four times to the Missouri House of Representatives and retired in 2010. He was elected speaker pro tem from 2007 to 2010 and appointed chairman of the House Judiciary Committee from 2005 to 2007. Bryan focused on tax policy, economic development, local government, judiciary issues and tort reform while serving in the Missouri House of Representatives.
