Peter E. Strand combines an active intellectual property litigation practice with decades of experience in complex commercial litigation.

A successful trial attorney for more than 30 years, he has crafted cases dealing with major patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, contract, finance and class action. He also has managed litigation in the areas of antitrust, banking, product warranties and toxic torts.

Peter is knowledgeable in IP damages, frequently speaking and publishing in this area of the law and gaining significant awards for clients. He has been widely quoted in such major publications as USA Today, Washington Post, New York Times, Forbes and BusinessWeek, and in such highly regarded online sources as Macworld.com and BNet.com.

Mr. Strand earned his Master of Laws degree in intellectual property from the University of Houston Law Center and his Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law. He has represented clients in more than 25 jury trials, bench trials and evidentiary hearings.
