He has 12 years’ experience performing patent landscape analyses in the consumer electronics hardware and software industries, including more than 20 major strategic technology patent landscapes and standards-based portfolio landscape projects.
Jeff possesses advanced experience in several areas of hardware and software technical innovation, by virtue of his 14-year career as a product development specialist for Raytheon and General Electric, among others. He is the author of over 20 technical publications on diverse subjects including neural networks, pattern recognition, spread spectrum, interference rejection, indoor propagation, wireless networks, propagation reliability, infrared temperature sensing and calibration.
