Moore to Join Faculty of 2014 Gerald T. Bennett Prosecutor/Public Defender Training Program

The Florida Bar's Criminal Law Section has invited Shook, Hardy & Bacon Associate Timothy Moore to join the distinguished faculty of the 2014 Gerald T. Bennett Prosecutor/Public Defender Training Program. Hosted by the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, the annual program features highly-experienced prosecutors, defense lawyers and judges, as well as criminal case studies and mock trial exercises intended to develop the courtroom advocacy skills of assistant state attorneys and assistant public defenders. A former state prosecutor, Moore currently serves as chair of The Florida Bar's Standing Committee on the Code and Rules of Evidence. To read more about the training program, please click here.
