Shook, Hardy & Bacon Of Counsel Daniel Lim speaks on the “New Discoveries in . . . Discovery” panel at the 38th Annual Corporate Counsel Institute on Thursday, April 7 in Houston and on Thursday, May 5 in Dallas. The panels focus on the recent amendments to the Federal Rules’ discovery and preservation obligations and offer insights on how to apply them in various practices.

Lim is joined at the event in Houston by Sammy Ford of Abraham, Watkins, Nichols, Sorrels, Agosto & Friend; and Robert L. Levy of Exxon Mobil Corporation. In Dallas, he will be joined by Ford and Rebecca Lorance of Dell.

The Corporate Counsel Institute is presented by the Corporate Counsel Section of the State Bar of Texas and The University of Texas School of Law.
