Frank Cruz-Alvarez Moderates International Arbitration Panel at HNBA Conference

Shook, Hardy & Bacon Partner Frank Cruz-Alvarez will moderate a panel at the 2017 Corporate Counsel Conference presented by the Hispanic National Bar Association on March 31, 2017, in Miami, Florida.

Cruz-Alvarez joins James Blick, Director of The Judge Global; Soneet Kapila, Founding Partner of Kapila Mukamal; Rebecca Hume, lawyer at Kobre & Kim; and Daniel Mena, Partner of Avila, Rodriguez, Hernandez, Mena & Ferri to present "Enforcing or Defending Against High Value International Judgments and Arbitration Awards," an in-depth look at how in-house counsel can best approach enforcing or defending against high value judgments and arbitration awards on a global scale. The panelists will also explore methods attorneys can use when handling "judgments involving distressed debtors or companies in bankruptcy, as well as litigation financing, litigation insurance, judgment/arbitration award brokering and specialized enforcement."
