Lim has more than 20 years of experience as a litigation attorney and consultant on legal issues relating to digital information. He handles commercial litigation and arbitration in a variety of areas, including contract, class actions, product liability, FTC enforcement actions and international patent disputes. He also has represented major energy clients in litigation, regulatory inquiries and investigations involving trading activities.
The LCLD Fellows program “works by identifying high-potential attorneys from diverse backgrounds and setting them on the path to leadership of their organizations.” The goal of the year-long training program is to produce a generation of attorneys with highly-developed relationship, leadership and mentoring skills who are committed to fostering diversity in the legal profession.
