Shook Attorney Camila Tobón, who focuses her practice on privacy and data security, addressed the Denver Senior Women’s Corporate Counsel (SWCC) group on November 4, 2017. The SWCC is a forum for more than 200 senior in-house counsel from the Denver-area to exchange information about legal trends and professional development. The theme of this year’s SWCC annual meeting was “Cybersecurity,” and Shook was a proud sponsor of the event. Tobón presented to attorneys on “Minimizing Cyber Risk for Lawyers.”
Tobón counsels corporate clients on a variety of matters with an international focus, including privacy and data security, public policy and consumer litigation. She heads Shook’s International Data Privacy Task Force, and handles regulatory and transactional matters relating to privacy and data security.
