Israel Presents PTAB Update at Texas Bar Conference

Shook Partner Sharon Israel will present "Case Law Update for PTAB Trial Proceedings" at the 14th Annual Course for Advanced Patent Litigation, July 12, 2018. The event, presented by the TexasBarCLE and co-sponsored by the Intellectual Property Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, will be at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's Rocky Mountain Regional Office in Denver, Colorado.
