KMBC Features Shook's Matt Keane for Dual Careers

When he is not serving clients, Matt Keane performs his second job – serving the country. His impressive military career, which includes two tours in Iraq, now involves training future leaders in the Kansas Army National Guard. He is responsible for running the Officer Candidate School and the Warrant Officer Candidate School after he was appointed as commander of the 1st Battalion, 235th Regiment in Salina, Kansas in May.

“You can have it all. You can have two extremely fulfilling careers. And, that’s what I have,” Keane told KMBC News. “Shook has been extremely supportive of my military career.”

Keane focuses his practice on the defense of corporations in high profile, multi-defendant product liability litigation in state and federal courts.
