Sharon Israel Ranked Among the Top 250 Women in IP

Managing Intellectual Property ranks Shook Partner Sharon Israel among its Top 250 Women in IP (2019) and a Patent Star – Texas.

Israel is an accomplished litigation attorney who focuses her practice on intellectual property law, with an emphasis in patent litigation. She previously led the American Intellectual Property Law Association, the nation’s Top IP bar association, and currently serves on the Council for the ABA’s Intellectual Property Law Association.

Israel is honored by Chambers USA with a Band 2 ranking in IP, and described as “incredibly bright” and “remarkable in her support for her clients and the legal community.”

The honorees were chosen from the general IP STARS list, which selects leading IP firms and practitioners worldwide. The honorees are selected after six months of research, including interviews of practitioners and clients, emails, online surveys and analysis of public data and information.
