Chaney To Discuss Evidentiary Challenges in Patent Litigation at AIPLA

Of Counsel Tanya Chaney will present “Patent Litigation: Overcoming Evidentiary Landmines at Trial,” at the 2019 Annual Meeting of the American Intellectual Property Law Association in National Harbor, Maryland, October 24, 2019. 

Tanya is a trial lawyer with extensive federal court experience in every Texas district and across the nation; with a focus on patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret matters, she has first-chair experience in all aspects of intellectual property litigation, including preliminary injunction hearings, Markman claim construction hearings, jury trials and appeals. She also handles post-grant review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
