Egli Presents Interactive Ethics Session on ESI at ACC Annual Meeting

Shook Partner Gabe Egli will present "Navigating the ESI Crisis When Your Adversaries Target Information Governance Practices," at the Association of Corporate Counsel Annual Meeting, Monday, October 28, in Phoenix, Arizona. The interactive role-playing session provides a hypothetical fact pattern with participants voting at key decision points to govern what happens next. Egli and his co-presenters will provide an understanding of practical steps and best practices to avoid costly information governance mistakes and potential sanctions, while still meeting ethical obligations.

Scheduled co-presenters are Jennifer Hamilton, senior counsel at Deere & Company; David Steele, vice president and deputy general counsel of The Home Depot, Inc.; and Jennifer Swanton, discovery counsel for Medtronic.

The session is eligible for CLE ethics credits.
