Shook IP Attorney Moderates Judges on COVID and the Bench Webcast

Israel, an accomplished intellectual property litigation attorney, will moderate a panel of judges in District Court Proceedings: A View from the Bench in the COVID Era and Beyond, July 8, noon CDT. The Hon. Dena Hanovice Palermo, Houston Magistrate Judge, U.S. District Court Southern District of Texas; Hon. Shashi H. Kewalramani, Riverside, CA Magistrate Judge, U.S. District Court Central District of California; Hon. Robert W. Schroeder III, Texarkana Judge, U.S. District Court Eastern District of Texas; and Hon. Lee Yeakel, Austin Judge, U.S. District Court Western District of Texas will offer insights on judging during the pandemic and the lasting effects of the coronavirus on legal proceedings. 

The webcast is being offered by TexasBarCLE and the Intellectual Property Law Section of the State Bar of Texas. MCLE credit of up to 12.25 hours, including credit in ethics, are available.
