Anne has experience with a variety of criminal and civil matters, including extensive work with multidistrict litigation (MDL) and complex civil litigation. Anne clerked in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri, where she worked closely on MDLs involving complex jurisdictional and federal procedural questions. Her work involved a wide range of federal and state litigation issues, including employment disputes and discrimination, antitrust, arbitration, and product liability issues. Anne also prepared judicial memorandums for sittings on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Anne is an experienced professional with a diverse range of personal and professional experiences that inform her legal practice. She entered the legal profession as a second career after working in higher education, where she served in a role focusing on community development and capacity-building with organizations and later in alumni relations. Anne also has work experience in a variety of other sectors and those experiences inform her understanding of the different challenges, opportunities and considerations that a wide range of her clients face.
Additionally, Anne is passionate about public service and believes strongly both in her personal and professional life in giving back to her community and advocating on behalf of marginalized and in-need populations.
