Shareda represents commercial clients in complex civil litigation. She leverages her corporate experience to build strong relationships and provide practical solutions for a variety of legal issues. She has defended corporate clients against the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission (PHRC) and U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) complaints, has defended an insurance client in multiple Medicaid hearings, and has researched and drafted memoranda for white collar, antitrust and labor and employment matters. She has also assisted with internal investigations and made appropriate recommendations to clients.
