Jordan concentrates his practice in business litigation, where he handles all aspects of pre-trial and trial matters. He has handled cases involving a variety of legal issues, including insurance broker liability, Section 1983 civil rights claims, directors and officers insurance, interlocutory appeals, and jurisdictional questions. 

First in his class at Washburn University School of Law, Jordan served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Washburn Law Journal. During his time as Editor-in-Chief, Jordan launched the Journal’s online platform in order to serve academics and practitioners alike with immediately relevant legal updates. He also was valedictorian of his graduating class at Truman State University, where he received two simultaneous bachelor’s degrees in economics and classics.
