Jordan concentrates his practice in business and employment litigation, where he handles all aspects of pretrial and trial matters. He has handled cases involving a variety of legal issues, with a focus on contract disputes, creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, and a wide variety of employment matters, including enforcement of restrictive covenants. Jordan also serves as a Special Public Defender through the Missouri Coalition Right To Counsel project.

First in his class at Washburn University School of Law, Jordan served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Washburn Law Journal. During his time as Editor-in-Chief, Jordan launched the Journal’s online platform in order to serve academics and practitioners alike with immediately relevant legal updates. He also was valedictorian of his graduating class at Truman State University, where he received two simultaneous bachelor’s degrees in economics and classics.
