Rebecca defends clients in product liability litigation, including complex matters. She has an extensive background in business and financial services litigation, primarily representing financial institutions.
She is experienced in litigating and defending claims involving breach of contract, premises liability, wrongful death and negligence. She also has handled commercial foreclosures, breach of contract and landlord/tenant matters, including commercial evictions and property disputes in addition to creditors’ and debtors’ rights cases. She also has represented companies in negotiation, mediation and arbitration.
Rebecca draws on her ability to see the big picture and the small details to understand the nuances of each case. She works with clients to define the end goal, then breaks the matter down into small strategic steps she will take to reach it. She takes pride in her strong work ethic, diligence and reliability; that’s what has earned her clients’ trust in the past, and why they continue to send work to her.
Rebecca has been named a Rising Star by Florida Super Lawyers, and is on the board of directors of the Gracepoint Foundation, which helps provide behavioral health services to children and their families.
