Bobby's practice focuses on tort and products liability defense litigation and representing major corporations in the defense of complex premises, personal injury and products liability cases. Bobby has directed all aspects of defense litigation, including fact and expert discovery, motion practice and settlement negotiations.
Bobby has extensive litigation experience in pre-trial and trial work, and has been part of trial teams that have been nationally recognized by The National Law Journal, Wall Street Journal and Mealey's. He has played an active role in the successful defense of cigarette manufacturers and automobile manufacturers in numerous state and federal courts throughout the country.
During his career, Bobby has developed deep knowledge in all aspects of litigation. Through written discovery and depositions, he has become particularly adept at crafting defenses that provide the basis for favorable summary judgment motions. Bobby has also directed investigative efforts to discover critical evidence that resulted in the dismissal of several cases before trial.
In addition to his primary practice, Bobby has co-authored and presented CLE's for major corporations and various organizations. Bobby also counseled a Fortune 10 corporation on the ethical challenges of mass tort litigation.
Bobby devotes a significant amount of time to pro bono legal work and other charitable activities.
