Jordan concentrates her practice in general liability litigation. She has handled matters involving commercial transactions and criminal law, and participates in all phases of pre-trial and trial preparation. She also has professional experience in medical and life science software systems, having been a project manager and marketer to universities and other health care clients.
During law school, Jordan served as the Editor-in-Chief for the Kansas Journal for Law & Public Policy. She represented state and federal prisoners in appellate and post-conviction litigation through the Paul E. Wilson Project for Innocence and Post-Conviction Remedies. Jordan’s mock trial team advanced to the National Trial Competition, placing among the top teams in the country. Through both undergraduate and law school programs, Jordan has participated in more than 70 mock trials.
