Curtis’s blended practice focuses on business litigation and corporate transactions. Specifically, Curtis assists clients with real estate, lending and corporate transactions, including real estate purchase/sales, loan origination and amendment transactions and contract reviews. Curtis’ driving motivation is to work with clients to help them achieve their objectives.

During law school, Curtis interned for the Jackson County Prosecutor’s Office where he conducted legal research and wrote memoranda to assist with legal strategy for trials and other proceedings. He also worked on intellectual property issues in Washington University’s Intellectual Property Clinic. Before law school, Curtis worked in corporate human resources, giving him a firm grasp of employment compliance principles. He uses the skills learned from his education and work experiences to benefit business litigation and corporate clients.
