Robert focuses his practice on intellectual property. During law school, Robert worked for a law and entrepreneurship clinic where he helped startups with entity selection and formation, patent search and application, trademark analysis and IP licensing. Robert also has an undergraduate degree in computer science and worked as a software developer for Microsoft, developing and maintaining live, high-volume, revenue-bearing pipeline and profiling and optimizing code deployed across hundreds of virtual machines. He also designed and implemented diagnostic dashboards and metrics for monitoring system health. Robert brings this experience and its insights to benefit our IP clients dealing with computer- and software-related intellectual property law matters.
