Farhan defends clients in product liability litigation matters. Farhan earned his J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Houston Law Center as well as a Master of Laws in Health Law. He was a senior articles editor for the Houston Law Review and completed two judicial internships—one with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas and the other for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Before law school, Farhan earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston and two Bachelor of Science degrees, one in biochemical/biophysical sciences and the other in psychology. While earning his undergraduate degree, Farhan worked as a student researcher supporting research interests in developing biomaterials from the Drosophila ultrabithorax (Ubx) gene. Farhan’s education and experience in law, business and science enable him to understand the scientific aspects of the product liability litigation matters in his practice as well as the business and financial concerns of his clients.
