Ashleigh focuses on all stages of complex product liability matters. She handles all aspects of litigation from pretrial counsel to preparation for appeal, including drafting responsive pleadings, dispositive motions, Daubert challenges and managing discovery. She has also advised clients on internal and government investigations, including corporate compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) 

She received her J.D. from the South Texas College of Law Houston, where she was the executive editor of the South Texas Law Review. Ashleigh honed her research and writing skills as a judicial intern for the Hon. Alfred H. Bennett, Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. During her judicial internship, she researched complex legal issues and drafted court orders. Ashleigh also assisted Dean Vanessa Browne-Barbour in research of machine-learning and artificial intelligence in law. 

Ashleigh was a member of the women’s basketball team at Houston Baptist University, and later coached players at the West Texas Basketball Academy. 

Before entering the legal profession, Ashleigh worked for The Federation of State Medical Boards, handling disciplinary actions against physicians.
