Margaret’s practice focuses on product liability defense, including multidistrict and mass tort litigation involving prescription pharmaceuticals, as well as catastrophic injury product claims involving material handling equipment. She has experience at every step of litigation, from pleadings through trial. Margaret was part of a winning team on a six-week trial involving a prescription diabetes medication in Philadelphia.
Margaret’s experience has also included being a part of a burgeoning commercial and business litigation practice group with a complex insurance coverage litigation focus. She was the sole associate on a successful trial team in Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas in a coverage dispute involving professional liability coverage issued to a Fortune 100 health care company.
As a junior associate, Margaret was seconded to the litigation department of a leading transportation fuel provider, logistics and retail company responsible for handling cases involving the company, its subsidiaries and affiliates. She worked on claims involving product liability, environmental, trade agreement/contract litigation and personal injury.
As a result of her extensive, well-rounded career experiences, Margaret has a unique perspective on the various needs of her large corporate clients, which benefits them in their legal challenges.
