Destiney defends clients in her work with the General Liability Practice Group. She has effectual experience in several areas of litigation including business litigation, employment litigation and policy, international law, real estate and in alternative dispute resolution. Her practice has included compliance matters with the Committee on Foreign Investments in the United States (CFIUS) and wrongful termination allegations involving the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA). Destiney has drafted pleadings, motions, related briefs and other litigation documents in cases involving Lanham Act violations, breaches of fiduciary duties, construction contract disputes, landlord-tenant disputes and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark and Trial Appeal Board (TTAB), as well as other matters. She has managed discovery and conducted and defended depositions. 

Destiney earned her law degree at Vanderbilt University Law School where she served on the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law.
