Tatiana focuses her practice on data and discovery strategies in litigation. 

She received her J.D. from Washington University School of Law, where she was associate notes editor of the Washington University Jurisprudence Review. During law school, she completed externships at the U.S. Department of Justice, working with the Appellate Section of the Criminal Division on Supreme Court and Court of Appeals briefs and recommendations to the Solicitor General on appellate decision-making, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District  of Illinois, working in various legal matters, including mass tort. She also was an intern for the Midwest Innocence Project and Black Hawk County (Iowa) Attorney’s Office. 

As an undergraduate, Tatiana was a Cross Examination Debate Association National Debate Scholar, and a member of the University of Northern Iowa’s Division I track and field team.
