Yoseph serves clients in general liability litigation matters. He has represented world-renowned manufacturers and distributors in litigation throughout California. His clients have included automobile manufacturers and dealerships in contract disputes involving the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. He has also defended manufacturers in high-risk cases arising from product liability and toxic exposures. 

Versed in all phases of litigation, Yoseph has extensive experience in discovery and has managed high-volume caseloads and engaged in all levels of trial preparation. His work includes defending clients from abusive discovery. Yoseph’s experience working in Canada, China, and the U.S. provides him a unique understanding of diverse legal, business, government affairs, and cultural issues.

While earning his J.D. at Southwestern Law School, Yoseph gained additional experience in entertainment transactional practice as a legal intern at one of the largest studios in Hollywood. As an acquisition and co-production legal intern with Lionsgate, he worked on distribution, talent and financing agreements for numerous independent and high-budget films. He was also an intern at a leading international sales, film finance and production company. Before law school, Yoseph was an interpreter with the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada.
