HFCS Price-Fixing Challenge Ends In $100-Million Settlement

In this antitrust class litigation, The Coca-Cola Company joined a number of other companies to allege that five major producers of high-fructose corn syrup conspired to price-fix the sweetener over several years. Shook represented The Coca-Cola Company, the largest purchaser of high-fructose corn syrup, as lead counsel for the class members in this case.
